direct savings to you. All Double D Trailers are built with a sturdy steel frame
and then finished with Galvaneal steel sheets. Galvaneal is basically galvanized
metal that is made for painting but doesn't rust. It is a very good alternative
to an aluminum frame trailer which will crack and break over time. Be sure

The
EXODUS is our nicest Living Quarter trailer that we offer, even
nicer than the Rawhide. It has a 12' short wall full facility,
self contained Living Quarters. Features included Oven with
four burner cook top, 6 cu refrigerator, large kitchen style sink,
roomy bathroom and much, much more. This is a 3H trailer,
26' in length, 7'6" height, 8' in width. With the push of one
button, the onboard generator will bring the entire trailer to
life. Kick back and relax while you watch the flat screen
surround sound TV or just enjoy a CD and listen to the radio.
Be sure to take time to review the floor plan of the trailer, the
video tour and all of the photos. It is a must see.
The slant dressing room comes standard with a walk-through
door to the horse area. Each stall in the horse area has a pop-up
roof vent, drop down feed windows with aluminum safety bars, and
sliding windows with safety bars and screen. Rubber wall liner is installed on the left and right walls to prevent damage
to the trailer. Also, check out our new exclusive rear
Tack
Around design--It has easy access for tack and works
well for loading and un-loading the horse. This new design leaves
the entire rear of the trailer open yet still utilizes the space.
This trailer weighs about 11,500 lbs approximately and we do recommend a
minimum of a one ton series diesel truck for towing.
All Double D Trailers are now built with the new **NO Rust
Galvaneal
metal and painted with an electrostatic
paint system. All metal is stored indoors so there is no rust
on the trailers when they roll out of the factory...everything
is washed with a steamer and iron phosphate to open up the pores
of the metal to allow the primer to stick better, and to remove
oil residue. Once that dries, all the seams are sealed with 3M
sealant inside and out. Then we prime with two coats of Valspar,
automotive primer and paint with three coats of Valspar automotive
paint. End result is a very durable, smooth, shining, long lasting
finish.
