When hauling your horses, you may ask the question straight load versus slant load? While it is a known fact that a typical straight load horse stall is larger than a slant, slant load designs also utilize the space of your trailer better. Plus, this 2 Horse bumper trailer offers the option of adding additional width and height to accomodate the largest size horses. In a slant load, you will have the luxury of using the front room for storage space, as well as the rear of the trailer. In the rear, your new Double D Trailer will have a unique feature called the **Tack-Around design. Functional and easy to get to all of your tack, yet safe for loading and unloading. Since you are dealing direct with the factory, your new Double D Trailer will have every detail you would expect. For example, your horse will appreciate a tubular head divider. This allows for more air flow during travel and should create less stress for your horse since he can easily see thru the bars. Custom hand made padding that is 2" thick makes for a soft side wall all which reduce the risk of your horse getting injured. The color of the roof of your new horse trailer has been changed to white. Since white reflects more heat than any other color, it makes sense to use on the roof so you do not "bake your horses" while driving. Also, if your horse decides to kick he will appreciate the SafeKick® Wall System . SafeKick is designed to absorb the impact and reduce the risk of injury to your horse.
