We will travel to your home or barn to film your trailer and its features, and you get to be the star of the show.

What We're Looking For:

• Trailer Showcase: We want to film your trailer from every angle, including its design and unique features.
• Trailer in Action: Show us how you use your Double D Trailer, including loading and unloading your horses.
• Your Experience: Share what you love about your trailer and how it makes your horse trailering experience safer and more comfortable.

How It Works:

1. Apply to Join: Sign up by filling out the form below.
2. Booking the Filming Day: Once selected, we will contact you to schedule a day and time for filming at your home, barn, event, trail ride, show, etc.
3. Payment Details: You will receive $750 upon completion of the filming on the scheduled day.
4. Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required to secure your booking. In case of cancellation after travel expenses have been booked, a $500 fee will be charged.
5. Enjoy the Spotlight!: Our crew will film the entirety of your trailer, including footage of you using it and loading/unloading horses.

What You Need to Know About Cancellation

• To secure your filming day, we require a credit card on file. This is only charged if you cancel after travel accommodations (e.g., hotel or flight bookings) have been confirmed.
• If you cancel after travel bookings, you will be charged $500 to cover the costs already incurred by our team.
• We will contact you before confirming any travel arrangements to ensure that the filming date is still convenient for you. You can cancel anytime before we make travel arrangements (e.g., hotel, flight bookings, car rental) and avoid any cancellation fees.

Lifetime Usage Rights

By participating in the program, you agree to grant Double D Trailers lifetime rights to use the content filmed during your session for promotional purposes. This includes your name and likeness in marketing materials, website content, social media, and other platforms.
