Please describe how and why you came to Double D Trailers.
I was researching the safest trailer possible and also the best trailer for anxious horses.
What were your specific trailer needs and search criteria?
It had to be spacious enough that my anxious TB would want to load and stay in it, it needed great ventilation as my horse gets very hot during transport, rumber flooring was a must to decrease the amount of vibration under my horse's feet, and safety was a huge must.
Why do you feel Double D Trailers was the best deal on the market for you?
At first, I didn't think I could honestly afford a new horse trailer, especially one as well-made and safe as Double D Trailers. However, after much research and deliberation, I realized I couldn't afford not to own a Double D Trailer. Brad did not cut any corners when it came to safety, and he literally thought of everything as far as trailer design. Nothing else on the market even comes close to Double D Trailer's design of the reverse slant. To me, safety is everything as I am carrying very precious cargo. I am very happy I decided to invest in not only safety, but also comfortability with my horse. I can now trailer without worry and that is invaluable.
What other trailers did you evaluate during your shopping process prior to purchasing from Double D Trailers?
I looked into Stallions, Featherlite, Exiss, Sundowner, Shadow, 4-Star trailers, Lakota trailers, Hawk, & Hart trailers.
Why did you purchase from Double D Trailers versus the other companies or brands you researched?
Safety, design and the reverse slant.
