Please describe how and why you came to Double D Trailers.

I had been searching online for trailers and Double D was the only one that actually allowed me to build it online. I liked the whole process. The online access initially got me to look at them and the customer service and perceived quality of the trailer was what got me to buy it

Why do you feel Double D Trailers was the best deal on the market for you?

It has the best options for the most reasonable price. It wasn't the cheapest trailer but it was what I wanted and I am not disappointed

What other trailers did you evaluate during your shopping process prior to purchasing from Double D Trailers?

Sundowner, Featherlite and Logan

The only thing I had assumed would be there but did not ask about was a tie ring on the outside of the trailer for tying while tacking up, etc. Brad offered to send one to me after delivery, but I don't want to drill into the side of the trailer at this point.

RESPONSE FROM DOUBLE D TRAILERS: This trailer never ceases to turn heads and it gets compliments wherever I go. The abundance of windows makes it very light and airy which the horses love. I went with the rubber flooring and it is perfect. I've had it about 18 months and the floor looks as good as new. As happy as I am with the trailer, I am just as pleased with the customer service. Brad practically lives on his computer and is extremely responsive. I've had to order a few replacement parts (no reflection on Brad) - just poor driving on my boyfriend's part and the process has been smooth and effortless
